Pricing

Property Search
An administrative fee of 250 CHF covers a meeting to discuss your needs, preferences, and budget, as well as an active search over a three‐month period.
An additional 150 CHF is charged for every extra three‐month search period.
On request, I can also organise property viewings and negotiate with the seller, bank, or construction company on your behalf. This includes reviewing legal documents, highlighting key points requiring extra attention, analysing building plans for potential space optimisations, preparing the necessary paperwork, and more. These services are billed at an hourly rate of 250 CHF.I may receive an additional commission from the seller if the transaction is finalised; however, my primary aim is your satisfaction.Interior Design and Remodelling
An administrative fee of 100 CHF covers a meeting to discuss your needs, explore your stylistic preferences, and set your budget.
A fee of 18% of the supplier’s invoice amount (excluding taxes) covers several meetings with suppliers, follow-ups to ensure everything stays on track, and expert advice to make sure all decisions harmonise to create the ideal ambience.Letting
A fee of 250 CHF covers all the steps necessary to create a property listing, including professional photographs and text.
7% plus VAT of the annual rental income is charged for promoting the property – this includes finding a financially reliable tenant, drafting the rental agreement, and a one-year CVI membership (for residential properties in VD).
4% plus VAT of the annual rental income is charged for property management, covering administration, technical support, and financial oversight.
3% plus VAT of the annual rental income applies in the event of a tenant change.
Property Management
Pricing is based on the number of units, at 600 CHF per year for each unit. This fee covers organising necessary interventions and repairs, daily building management, liaising with the construction company, financial management, and communication with the owners.
Mediation
Charged at an hourly rate of 250 CHF. Should any misunderstandings arise between you and your partners, I use my legal and property expertise to propose a fair and satisfactory compromise. Private mediation is often quicker and more cost-effective than pursuing legal proceedings.
Sale
For 3% plus VAT of the sale price, I ensure that your property is sold quickly and efficiently at a fair market price.
The preparation of the sales document is free with an exclusive mandate; otherwise, it is available for 700 CHF.Hourly Rate
